Let's Say we did by some miracle get in the Big12 - how much more revenue would we get compared to CUSA from TV and bowls?

I believe we pull something like $3M/year from C-USA. If we received the same kind of deal, say, Baylor is getting (remember, it's the Big XII so it varies school-to-school) it could be anywhere from 15-18M per, and that doesn't count things like increased attendance.

I have read the same. I also read that they would have forfeit a certain percentage of revenue from TV for the season prior to their move.

They are estimating a&m could owe north of $28 million. Take into account that Nebraska was projected to owe nearly $20 million and ended up only paying just north of $9 million.

Why aren't we going crazy writing into the DMN, ESPN, SI.com, etc and letting everyone know that we want in the Big 12?!?! I think it's time that we start making some serious noise to anyone who will listen and let them know just how viable an option we are. Also, why aren't we banging down DeLoss Dodds' door? UT is blind to the fact that College football is going the way of the super conference.
