heard on the ticket this morning he has a torn ACL- out for the season.

Morning News said his ACL is torn and that he's done for the year. Apparently SMU is going to try to get him an extra (medical) redshirt year.

That's too bad. I saw another injury report that only said he was questionable for this weekend. I was hoping things weren't as bad as they appeared at first.

This is a real shame. He has such promise. Hopefully he'll rehab as hard as he can and be ready to go in the spring.

Hope everything turns out for Muse, too.

But as I recall, ACL 'tears' are usually 10-12 month rehabs. It's a tough road to hoe.

Sometimes, but not always. Didn't Rico Harris rip his ACL in October or November? He participated in spring, and was flying by 2-a-days.
