Exactly! I attended the Atlanta Games in 1996 and it was miserable for the events held outdoors, especially the medium to long distance events. The IOC will be critical of cities which try to project that the weather is not an issue. Qatar in 2020 is a joke. They will try to move it to late fall or , but that will not be acceptable. Imagine the marathon in 90-100 degrees. They will have to run it in the evening.
