No compensation. He did it for free and is also working to help raise money.

I played against SMU a ways back and I would always get fired up when I heard their band playing, especially on those non-stop long marches downfield with James and Dickerson with a crescendo with each first down and all-out madness with each td! They are special and deserve a special home!

Unfortunately they are apparently not allowed to do that anymore - or so I've been told - because of either NCAA or C-USA rules.

The band leading the team down the field playing Peruna was certainly always a great spectacle.

Where are you during halftime? The M Band marches, always has.

See the feet moving up and down and the players moving aound on the field. That is marching.
