Jackson St vs SMU/ DISD Ellis Davis Fieldhouse.

To strengthen ties between SMU and the city of Dallas, the Ponies are playing Jackson St on 12/15/11 at DISD's Ellis Davis Fieldhouse. Ellis Davis Fieldhouse is actually a nice venue for basketball, which holds around 7,000 people.

Great move for the program. Both AAC & Ellis Davis Fieldhouse in one year is putting your stamp on Dallas. Gonna be an interesting year, cause this program finally feels like it gets it.

Great idea. I don't know a thing about Jackson State, but getting out and being visible in other parts of Dallas is a long-overdue move.

I think this is an especially good move considering we aren't bringing in a Dallas kid this year in recruiting. It's nice to let Dallas know we didn't forget about them.
