I've seen him play, and you're right. If you can believe it, he looks SKINNY at 245. I think he easily could strap on another 20 pounds - or more - and the kid can run. In fact, that 4.8 surprised me - I thought he was faster than that. I hear Utah REALLY likes him. If there's some way we can get him, theres a prototype DE for you. Or he might even be able to handle the weight to become an OT. Good feet, good balance, long arms.

Any idea which way he's leaning?

The Ivies don't give football scholarships, but they do offer merit money for extracurricular activities such as art & athletics... the best for the best...the player doesn't even have to continue playing. The commitment process means the recruit will apply early decision

That's what I thought, Boston. A friend of ours has a son plays at Yale. If Hawari has already early applied (along with this "committment"), it sounds like Hawari has been leaning this way for awhile. Best of luck to him...
