2005 Schedule (Webmaster.. leave as sticky for next year)I know it was up before but I can't seem to find it. Can someone reply to post it?
thanks, What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.
Baylor (H) 9/3
TCU (H) 9/10 A&M (A) 9/17 Don't know the dates for conference play, but here are the teams and locales: Marshall (A) UAB (A) Houston (A) Tulsa (A) ECU (H) Rice (H) UTEP (H) Tulane (H) At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
A great NC schedulePlaying former SWC schools makes for a great NC schedule, a far more interesting slate than the CUSA home games.
Sam I Am
yes ,but I will trade those WAC jobs for UAB (Birmingham is a great town) Tulane (nuf said), ECU (how far is the beach?), Memphis (Gracetwon, yee haw!), USM, Marshall etc....
Plus starting this weekend how bout a little UTEP rivalry that means something? Tulsa, Houston and Rice are fun also. I'm still hacked off about Houston's 90 something points - even if it was avenged - can't wait to play those commuters. CUSA is the best thing to happen to us in a long time - those frogs don't know what they have done - banishing themselves to western siberia.
Marshall - did you all see Deliverance. That pretty much sums up Huntington, WV. I won't bore you with the usual litany of West Virginia jokes at this time, I'll save them for the week of the Marshall game. They are basically Aggie or Oklahoma jokes with West Virginia filled in.
The master of future schedules is here!

2006-Tulane-Roadtrip!

Just found out we're facing Baylor on 9-8 in 2007! 4 games now set in 2007
I went to see if the Boston College game in 2006 was still on and there was nothing about a BC vs SMU game ![]() ![]()
That game was never 'set in stone'. It was only a possibility. Too bad. I wanted some clam chowder at the tailgate!

2006 OOC GamesCurrently we have an opening for another OOC game. Who do you think will fill it?
Mustangs35SMU you seem to be on top of the future schedule. go to
http://www.nationalchamps.net/NCAA/futu ... s_home.htm you can have SMU's schedule also posted there along with other schools.
Re: 2006 OOC GamesNeed a school that will bring a crowd...I vote for Arkansas.
PK -
I was thinking the same thing. Arkansas, former SWC foe, would fill some seats. Plus, maybe we would beat them again. UNT would fill some seats too. Probably need to save U of A and UNT for the future since two of our three 2005 N-C games are home. Add eight CUSA games and SMU has eleven games. Is 2005 a twelve game season? Even if it is, would SMU be able to schedule three out of four N-C games for Ford Stadium?
2005 is an 11 game schedule I do believe. Im pretty sure our '05 schedule is already set in stone.
bubba pony, Ive sent them our schedule before and they never responded to me or anything about it. So oo well ![]()
