So.. in summary.....

Students - more

Hey guys a little meat on those bones doesn't hurt. The tops are generally proportionate to the weight. We don't want a bunch of mesquito bites out there.

uhhh, ..... a little meat on the bones is not the problem.

Improvement in this area could improve the "electricity" issue.

Gentlemen,

First off, I think the waistline stuff is a little innappropriate. Those girls might read these posts. Lay off 'em

Besides, larger women have appetites, and not just for food, my friends.

A wise man once said: Nailing fat girls is like riding a moped. It's a lot of fun til your friends find out you're doing it

So Speaketh the Spaz

In basketball, whether SMU is playing a Top 10 team, UT-Tyler or an exhibition game, the attendance does not vary in terms of actual SMU fans in the stands. Unless we're playing teams that can bring their own fans into Moody (KU, OSU, Tech, Tcu, heck even Tulsa a few years back) we have 2,000-3,000 "fans" at most in attendance. And many are children.
This was the case even with 2 future NBA players (Sasser, Ross), and it remians the case with one of the supposed best recruits to hit town in SMU recruiting history (Hopkins). And these are all local Dallas kids who one would think could attract the casual local fan to Moody for a peek. I watched the OSU highlights on ESPN and it looked absolutely pathetic.

In football, same story different sport. Whether the game was in the Cotton Bowl or in Ford, SMU generally has between 10,000-15,000 "fans" in the stands (at best). If we play Tech or Tcu or another team that travels well, the number doubles. I'd like to see the avg attendance figure for the 4 years prior to Ford in the Cotton Bowl vs. the last 4 years. I remember that the "excuse" back then was that no one wanted to go to Fair Park. Right.

Whether it's 12,000 people at Homecoming or 2,000-3,000 "fans" in Moody vs a Top 10, Final Four OSU team, The bottom line is most SMU sports fans DON'T CARE ANYMORE and fewer care every embarrasing moment! Blame it on bad teams, or apathy, or the pro sport market in Dallas. Any way you cut it, unless "the powers that be" are content, heads should roll.
