Is it just me or do others think he comes across as being pretty arrogant? My opinion is not based just on this interview but his others as well. Hope he ready and loaded to beat Pitt.

GO PONIES!!!

Agree, he definitely comes off as a bit arrogant and not at all engaged. You see it on the sidelines as well; he never really seems to be into any game and finds no more joy in throwing a TD than an INT. Granted, that is just outside observation and not based on any interaction with him. His teammates may feel differently. His attitude and perceived lack of focus and intensity is why I keep comparing him to Drew Bledsoe: not a bad quarterback, but definitely not one with the mentality to be great.

I met and spoke with him briefly once. It was before he had taken a snap at SMU. He seemed like a very polite young man who just wanted to play football.

I see no arrogance whatsoever. Seems to me he has a laid-back personality. Nothing more.

Just looks like a calm demeanor. Just like from A$M on and off the field.

Thanks for posting. Didn't see anything arrogant about him. Just answering questions.

Don't see arrogance.
Laid back to nearly indifferent, yes.
Just very level. Not too high, not too low.
