I just read a ticker story on him saying so long to Missouri. Story said he wanted to stay in Texas.

Wasn't SMU after him at one point?

Yes, but I don't think he had much interest in SMU if you can believe that.

We'll see my friend. He has a lot of BCS offers I have no idea which SMU coach is recruiting him or if they even know he has decommitted. Looks like Houston and Utah are the favorites.

He is Austin area kid so most likely Bert Hill is recruiting him.

Correct, Coach Hill is his recruiting Coach. Hopkins has been on SMU campus a couple times and SMU was actually his very first offer.

Hoepfully, the coaches circle back around on this one.
