Prescott Line should redshirt. He can spend a year learning from a damn good running back with the same last name (will I have to get a new avatar?).

I hope Williams redshirts, too, in order to get that leg strong again. Zach Line, Rishaad Wimbley and K.C. Nlemchi can carry the load.

Think about how strong those three guys are. Can you imagine being a linebacker and seeing those guys all rotate in with fresh legs all day? Line gets the majority of the carries, but seriously ... those are three big, strong dudes.

Agreed. No reason why our offense doesn't break records next year, unless the new OL struggles.

There will be a learning curve with all of the new faces on the offensive line. But some of the talent there is intriguing.

Little Line joins Big Line and the others in the backfield

It's really nice to say that we're deep at both (RB and LB) positions!

I'm seriously all for this considering our huge RB depth.

I think Prescott's position will be determined by Wimbley. Wimbley is the only back big and strong enough to take on linemen and big line backers and that is fundamental to a successful passing attack. If Wimbley looks solid and will be in-place for the next 3 years, they will take a look at Prescott at linebacker first. If there are any reservations about blocking he will be used as a back.

K. C. Nlemchi is a big back that can really run. I hear that the coaches are high on him. I agree Line may start out at LB.

The injury to Williams also figures in to the equation somewhere. Zach Line, Rishaad Wimbley and K.C. Nlemchi are all in the picture, but we're deep at linebacker, too. PLine can afford to redshirt while learning one or both positions.

Or greyshirt like Zach did. I don't think we are as deep at inside linebacker as we are at running back but we'll see where he goes.
