I wonder if JP knew about Greenberry.

Sounds like no one told Greenberry that Coach Phillips SMU and Coach Kingsbury aTm left Houston. :D

He'll get a useless degree (if he even graduates) but he'll also get immediate playing time and should completely dominate C-USA defenses.

And possibly dominate in the Big East as well as go to the NFL. I just saw where he is a 5 star recruit on scout.

Houston has been kicking our asses for years with smurfs, I don't even want to think about what this kid will do to us. Greenberry + Air Raid= Michael Crabtree.

His grades were solid. If they weren't, Notre Dame officials wouldn't have been waiting for his fax on NSD morning.

HUGE pickup for them for sure - kind of surprised he committed without JP. I'm sure JP was his recruiter?

I have to question if JP was his recruiter why this guy wasn't recruited to SMU. I am becoming more and more disappointed in JP and his supposed 'recruiting expertise'.

Kids go to Houston because they want to win. Houston has a winning tradition and it was topped off this year with a remarkable season. We have a terrible tradition after the DP up until the June Jones era. Can we win this year like Houston did last year? We must if we want a shot at the better players.

lol he was only here a few weeks and probably said he was not going to try and take his UH recruits since UH is where he played. I am sure he will be just fine.

So tell me- where do his loyalties lie? with cougar high or with the job he is supposed to be doing for us. I can understand not going after all of 'his' recruits but he could have helped with a few. We have also heard nothing from him this spring. Looking at some of the major lists it doesn't seem like any of our staff are recruiting. After this last recruiting disaster I had hoped maybe JJ would at least try to start getting more proactive on the recruiting front.
