When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonI'm sure this makes you very happy!!!
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonActually it never states we offered him a preferred walk-on opportunity. Just that we considered him.

Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonNice headline Stallion. Not saying it's wrong but curious if you verified we offered or was your glee in posting another negative about SMU more than your purple panties could handle.
When will I start feeling stimulated??
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonIt would be almost impossible for me to post a headline about June Jones outrecruiting TCU because TCU is something like 22-1 in head-to-head competition against him(and I don't think that offer was still in effect when accepted). Not my fault that June Jones can't outrecruit TCU-maybe he ought to fire some lousy recruiters and get some one in here that can get the job done. Some Bubble Boy posted about Miller considering SMU the other day

Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonI will go on record as never believing Stallion likes TCU more than SMU. I believe he likes the way TCU does business better than SMU and wishes SMU would do more in the way that does TCU. That said, I still have no confirmation that we ever offered the kid either scholarship or preferred walkon so I am not certain he selected TCU over SMU. Could have been his only choice unless he later says otherwise.

Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as Walkon
I don't think anyone on here really believes that Stallion prefers TCU. I just get tired of him lauding them all the time. If I wanted TCU updates every other day I would go to the Killerfrogs website. When will I start feeling stimulated??
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonThen all seems in order. All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonHe had more interest in Rice and Texas State than SMU. You're not going to get a kid like that.
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonSometimes many of these Highland Park kids just want to get out of the Park Cities, even if its to Ft Worth....its not an indicator of anything really.
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as Walkonhe wanted a full ride somewhere, nobody but rice offered, he would not see the field for us - and he won't see the field for TCU. he's like 5-7 if we had offered him stallion would have said we were lame for doing so.
i don't think our new receiver coach was a fan - check when the preferred offer supposedly went out. lets worry about the real stuff we should be worrying about - this isn't one of them - its just a chance for stallion to kick some shins to see if he gets a reaction - like a 12 yr old brat.
Re: HP's Preston Miller Chooses TCU over SMU as WalkonI agree gostangs. He really needs to go to a small school who would be happy to give him a scholarship. It's a shame that he wont. He could probably be a star at North Texas, Tarleton, Howard Payne, etc. And, perhaps if he's a late bloomer (grew some), he might go farther. However, he probably won't do much at TCU; perhaps play on the scout team if anything.
