BTW, do many of you remeber the teams we had when Rossley was here. Would beat Arkansas and loose to po brother u.

Bobby was of course a great SMU receiver a few years back (google "Bobby Chase UAB") and a great kid (now man). I'm going to retell a story that probably many on here have never heard before. It's pretty timely since we're coming on Halloween in the next few days.

Well, back in the day my son Hank -- who is now a junior wide receiver for HP -- was a huge Bobby Chase fan and decided that he'd dress up as him for halloween one year. So my wife took a #82 SMU jersey up to Phil Bennett's office one day and asked his admin if Bobby would sign it so Hank could wear it for the holiday -- and at that night's halloween night game. Bobby obliged and was so touched by the gesture that some kid was going to be him for halloween that he searched him out both before and after that game. A week or two later he ended up taking Hank and his younger brother to Dave & Busters and we ended up being good friends and attended Bobby's wedding, etc.

PonyPride may remember posting a photo that halloween of Hank in his Bobby Chase getup standing next to the Doak Walker statue.

Last game he had it set up Just north of the courtyard in from of McElvaney. It was away from all the loud action, but set up so everyone passes it on the way in to the stadium.
