Insiders says that Harris (who spent the year on Cleveland's injured reserve list) will play for Frankfurt in NFL Europe.

I never thought Harris became what we hoped he would (i.e. the next Forrest Gregg), but I'm glad to read this. Can't have enough Mustangs in the NFL. I hope NFL Europe helps him out, and that he cracks the rotation in Cleveland next year.

He hit someone hard enough that Butch Davis & co., thought enough of him to pay him for a year on the injured list, and to allocate him to NFL Europe in the hopes that he becomes an NFL player. He has amazing physical gifts, and I, for one, hope the light comes on and he becomes a solid NFL player.

look out that window. wasted talent abounds. give me a guy with heart and desire over talent anyday. you are either born with it or your not, it's not a light switch that you can turn on and off

well I guess that says a lot then. A kid who couldn't break an egg was a 4 year letterman and 3 year starter here at SMU. What does that tell you about all those sleepers with desire and heart who couldn't beat him out.

starting 3 years at O-Line at SMU is no great accomplishment, especially if you ever watched the guy play. my point is he was an average college offensive lineman who is only getting a chance because he happens to fit the "pro" model of an offensive lineman, I just doubt he will ever live up to his potential

O-lineman over the last 15 years I would rather have:

Uzo Okeke, Brannon Kidd, Keith Chiles, Trey Bandy, Jerry Chavira, James McCarthy, Jeremy Stout, Matt Wisenbaker, Austin Adami, etc...

Most of these guys had half the potential as Sterling, but they got more out of what God gave them, that's the guys I want on my team

ever wonder why Sterling did not end up at UT, A&M etc... when from a size stand point he looks perfect, they watched film on him in high school

Stallion you can I have a team of Sterling's and I will take the Keith Chiles of the world (5'10, 340, best lineman in the last 15 years) and I will crush you every time

Well at least your not running things, but at least we agree on one thing, fire Jim Copeland

...... now ask yourself why only 2 of those guys ever played on a winning team and none ever played in a bowl game.

I didn't think Stallion has ever advocated firing Copeland??

Am I wrong about this? Seriously...I'm not being facetious for once. I'll be facetious in the following post.
