This is the same squad that quit on Dement last year. Hopefully, the malcontents are graduating and/or leaving. There's always a transition where players thought they were going to get things the way they wanted and discovered the new guy is tougher than the old guy. I like the additions to the team, but its still a long way from being a team that will get NCAA invites. We have some projects which may turn out well. We don't have that known quantity that will put us into the final four, you know, Carmelo Anthony, Rasheed McCants, Sean May.

I say fire him right now before this thing gets out of hand and he starts making the players feel bad about their free throw percentage.

just talked to Chris last night. His New Zealand national team spot fell through, and after long considering what to do, Chris is 90% sure he's going to play at Midwestern State University next year. Good luck to Chris, a great guy
