Hudson Signs With Middle Tennessee

SMU bball (and football, or that matter) has to crawl before it can walk again. We've been so mediocre for so long and there is so little interest that it is asking a lot for any coach to recruit top players into our program. Hopefully, our current coaches can make steady progress and eventually our alumni will decide to return and support SMU athletics. With winning teams and better attendance, perhaps our coaches can get in on some "next level" players.

He still has to get the job done and I don't even think Tubbs is satisfied with his results so far.

I doubt he is, I suppose he'd have liked to close on some of those guys I said went elsewhere. But like I said, you have to admit it's nice to be back on their radar again, and to get them to come here, that's better than where we were before Tubbs came back.
