Sounds like he has a good frame, but can he run?

If Coach Bennett offers a player a scholarship...you can bet he is:

1) an athlete who can run

SMU does not recruit any players (now) who can not run well enough to win at the Div 1 level.

Well, if it's not running ability, what exactly is keeping our recruits from winning at the Div 1 level?

I think BUS has addressed that issue..."BIG MEN, You don't go anywhere without them."

To add to this line - Coach B is also building a herd of BIG MEN that can run too. At the end of Cavans term we ran out of linemen and when Coach B took over we have 7 thats SEVEN players over 270. That AINT working at the D-1 level.

Go Mustangs.

jtstang - do I know you? do you come to the boulevard before games or to M-Club functions?

Not a member of Mustang Club, but I think Embree may have introduced once on the Boulevard.

Go Mustangs

Send me a private E-mail and I'll get you set up at the M-Club. I bet we have a comfortable level that you can afford. All the help is appreciated
