Evidence of work in the weight room
I ran in to freshman DE Elie Nabushosi, who had just gotten through working out. He looked substantially bigger and stronger than when he arrived at SMU last summer, so I asked. He said he weighed in today at 260 - a jump of 25 pounds over his weight last fall of 235 (he admitted that his listed weight of 240 was a little generous).

25 pounds in less than a year? Impressive.
I did that, too, but I can't recall whether all of it (or any of it) was muscle. I blame Snuffer's.
