No DJ? You'd think after Cole making the team last year, he would at least show up

No Zach ...... and no Spike, esp with the pro-day numbers he put up. I'm happy for all of the guys on the list. But I'm a little suprised with some names that appear vs those that do not.

Not sure where you're getting your info, but Zach Line tweeted a picture of all of the Mustangs at Dallas day. Looking at the picture, it looks like:

Jagared Davis
Kyle Padron (if you want to count him)
Spike Davis
Tank Reed
Bryan Collins
Blake McJunkin
Zach Line
Torlan Pittman

The Boys have already brought in Margus Hunt, so that explains why he's not in the picture.

Poor Padron is still flogging that dead horse?

Hopefully he'll still have an SMU jersey to hold up when he works at Enterprise next year.

From ESPN Dallas. I missed the "some" at the top of the list.

Former SMU receiver John Biggins, now an agent whose clients include Bryan Collins and Torlan Pittman, sent a photo from the Cowboys' Dallas Day tryout:

Image
Their college careers ended just a few months ago, but that's (left to right) Torlan Pittman, Taylor Reed, Bryan Collins, Ja'Gared Davis and Blake McJunkin.

Also in attendance, but not pictured: Margus Hunt, Aaron "Spike" Davis and Zach Line.

For what it's worth, SMU's eight players were the most of any school. For the purpose of comparison, TCU had four players and Baylor had two.

JGD looks skinny/small in that picture, although I guess it's just the massive guys standing around him.

I thought the same thing. His upper body is considerably less developed than Taylor Reed in the same pic. I wonder if he's not really a 'weight room guy'. I recall that his pro day bench press was 14 compared to Taylor's 29. I hope it doesn't hurt him in getting looks on a team.
