Nnabuife missed the game with "pleurisy."

I didn't know what that was either, so I looked it up.

"Inflammation of the pleura, usually occurring as a complication of a disease such as pneumonia, accompanied by accumulation of fluid in the pleural cavity, chills, fever, and painful breathing and coughing."

Fascinating, huh? He's supposed to be back at practice this week, and should play against TCU.

Today's Morning News says Nnabuife was sent to a hospital in Garland with a white blood cell count three times higher than normal.
Hope he's OK.

Friday's Morning News said he had minor surgery on a pectoral muscle.
Sounds like this is more serious than originally thought.
