No I just need some sleep. I do apologize to the board for some of my errors however. Making these errors is what is causing me to lose sleep so I am at a loss as to what to do.

I always find that a few gin & tonics help...may not solve the problem, but then at that point I don't care anymore...so all is good.
If sleep is your goal, I would suggest going with red wine.

You know, I recently started having a glass of red wine every evening for health purposes. That is about the time I started sleeping less comfortably. Maybe I need to either give it up or double the " dose".
