National Signing Day

I always thought it was Nov 4 but I've seen Nov 13 on a few sites. Anyone know the actual date?

This year's signing dates in both football and basketball will be especially interesting to watch because JUCO transfers now require a 2.5 GPA rather than 2.0 GPA. Other new academic requirements for high schoolers are phasing in now but you won't really notice until the 2016 high school Class
