If Chicken is ruled ineligible, wouldn't be surprised to see him playing overseas.

Exactly, and the REASON he didn't go to JUCO was because he would have sit out 2 years and would need to graduate with the new, significantly tougher 2.5 GPA requirements

Wouldn't be the same as Plano and Taos are not separate degree-granting institutions
