The whole thing is worth watching. I really miss going to First and 10 and watching these. But if you have limited time, go to about 6:00 in. Klemm talks about coming to SMU as an unpaid volunteer (not even a GA).

OBVIOUSLY, when you said HERE I thought you meant in the UCLA/USC bidding war. I don't know why you would make the comment in 2013 after this news. The fact is you have taken every opportunity to take shots at Klemm and you are being exposed as completely clueless as usual on the topic of recruiting.

I understood that PerunaPunch was referring to SMU when he said here. If you read his comments with a cool head they are very straightforward and clear. Since when did here become UCLA? This is an SMU message board with SMU supporters posting from all over the world. The next time redpony posts and says here, are we supposed to assume he is referring to Lima and not SMU? I think it is understood that when someone says here it is SMU. PerunaPunch may be a poyanna and wrong about many things, and I generally side with Stallion on most issues, but Stallion you are wrong here. Accept it and move on.

I think the fact that I'm specifically NOT trashing him should be an indication of the fact that I like him.

Why do you appreciate Klemm so much over, say, a Jeff Reinebold, Tom Mason, Derrick Odum, Jason Phillips -- all of which (arguably, I'll give that to you) recruited as well as (if not better than) Coach Klemm while he was here.

Why don't you ever bring up Jeff Reinebold and say, "Gee, I wish we had Reinebold back. He was a good recruiter and could handle Special Team?"

Just curious to know what the collective man-crush is all about.

Seriously, I want to know. Other than as a bullet point to further your little war to denigrate our football program, what other reason could you possibly have to keep bringing up Klemm rather than, say, guys like Reinebold, Palcic, Haering or McKnight? Those guys all left SMU too, and you never bring up their names.
