Eddie: Don't go puttin' none of that stuff on my sled, Clark. You know that metal plate in my head? I had to have it replaced, cause every time Catherine revved up the microwave I'd [deleted] my pants and forget who I was for a half hour or so. So over at the VA they had to replace it with plastic. It ain't as strong so I don't know if I should go sailin down no hill with nothing between the ground and my brains but a piece of government plastic.

Clark: You really think it matters, Eddie?

Possibly the quote of that movie.

How are traveling conditions up there? I'm planning on driving up from Temple but I really don't want to die.

Is it too late to work on blocking out of a 4-pt. stance? Anybody heard how KC is doing?

Is this as bad as the 79 Cotton Bowl ice storm?

Temperature wise, the 79 Cotton Bowl was worse. Believe there was more ice on the roads too.

I believe in 1979 temperatures were in single digits. Ice was much worse. If all the percipatation had frozen before 2 a.m. this morning then it might have been comparable.

Still, it's pretty comparable in terms of what it looked like that day. What a game, what a game
