Looks very low, like it would prevent long passes and hinder game play. Maybe it's an illusion caused by the photo? Or maybe it just hasn't been fully pulled up into place?

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt, but that appears to be embarrassingly big for the size of venue, and hung way too low. Like a mancave that has a 60 inch tv in a 10x10 room. I hope that's an optical illusion.

Pretty sure. There is usually an extension pole that will take it to 10 feet when it is fully up. See the goal in my signature.
