Coach Jones must have hired President Obama's protocol team. Even if his visit was completely necessary, appropriate, and deserved - appearances matter. So either he's clueless on that point, recognizes it and doesn't care, or has idiots managing him. It's like giving an iPod full of your own speeches to a foreign dignitary. Are any of you really surprised by this? JJ knows he can't and won't be fired. He's going to ride this out until the end of the year, get paid and then take the Hawaii job. In the meantime, he's going to make appearances in Hawaii and be a celeb rather than visit SMU recruits in their home to get them to come to school he's bolting as soon as 2014 ends and the check clears. The whole time he's laughing and thinking the jokes on you, SMU.
