The first answer, I assume, is because the starters — Justin Rogers and Don Ieremia-Stansbury — played very well. When Rogers got hurt/cramps, Troy Therien came in, and he plays both LDE and RDE — Muse, I think, is a LDE only.
I would guess the second answer is because Muse is still building strength and "trust" in his knee.

not the case here. bennett has said several times in the past week, that cory would be our first de. off the bench. by the time the fourth quarter came, all of our lineman were so whipped, their tongues were hanging out.

Our problem was with them beating us off the line at the end of the game, not getting a pass rush. Therion is a bigger guy than Muse, better against a pounding run attack.
