Rutgers beat USF by 10 in Tampa tonight. This trip to NJ & Philly won't be easy

Another very real test. I think we can all now finally agree this is a very good team. This road stretch (including the @UConn game) will show us if this is truly a GREAT team. Imagine coming back to Moody to play Louisville sitting at 24-5? I think Moody would even be crazier than tonight. Let's make that the goal!!

like coach has said, we need to beat the teams we are supposed to beat and that means winning at Rutgers and Temple. Slip up at either and we are back on the bubble

Now we'll see how the Ponies handle the pressure of being ranked. When you're ranked, you get everyone's best shot as there is a premium for your scalp. I know they're up for the challenge!!!

Anyone here going to either of these games? I'm about 120 miles from Rutgers and 200 from Temple. Considering one or both...weather and work permitting. Plenty of tickets available.

Mrs Bubba and I are thinking of going to the Rutgers game. They have plenty of seats. I believe SMU, as the visiting team, sits near section 112. SMU player Kevin Dunleavy is from New Providence, NJ not far from Rutgers, so suspect his family will show up. Maybe Markus Kennedy family from Philly will show.
If you go to the Temple game, the SMU Alumni is organizing a get together before the game. That is on Feb 16 a Sunday. Might be easier for you.

Rutgers has a Moody like home advantage. It will be a tough rode win. Temple is another trap game. We really need those road wins. I think we can be an 8 or 9 seed but not if we lose road games to the bottom teams in the conference.

My husband and I will be at the game at Temple. We are also going to the Mustang Club Pre-game. Very excited to see this team in person!!

I've been to several UConn games at the RAC - it's a really tough place to play. Not one of my more favored places to see a game.
