Wow, first time SMU ranked since I was a student or alum. Very nice. Expect to be ranked a lot more in the future in basketball. And someday in football (things can turn around fast.)

When was the last time we were ranked in football? I assume it was before the DP?

If so, this is the first time we have been ranked in either sport since the Reagan administration. Congrats to LB and the players - you are infusing tremendous pride into what was a jaded and cynical fan base.
