Either the Froggie fans are still savoring their victory over the Sooners with a 3-day drunk or they just don't care about 'The Battle for the Iron Skillet' this year and are ignoring us.

Where are all the Froggies and their 'smack'? Last year, at this time, we had heard from them starting after the spring game all the way up until the 44-0 drubbing.

The worse thing that can be said is that the game is irrelevant and not competitive for them.

That would hurt more than anything.

Just caught the tail end of an interview on FCS with 3 Frog players this morning. The interviewer ended by congratulating them on the Sooner win, and saying he was looking forward to seeing them take on Utah in couple weeks. One frog player said "Yeah, but don't look past SMU." A short pause, then raucous laughter from everyone present, including the interviewer. I'm not kidding. I sat there with my mouth open. Anyway, I'm not surprised by the lack of respect. We don't deserve much as a team.

This is shaping up to be the best possible weekend to play the toads, IMO.

MM, I think it was a rerun of a show called "Sports on Sunday" which I have a feeling also comes on FSNSW? I only say that because the interviewer was also the sideline reporter for that THSCA game. The big annoying dude with the beard.

At the beginning of the year I really thought we could do it this year and if we play like we did in the 1st half (with a little more scoring) I think we can still do it.

True to my word, I showed up at the SMU game after the OU game. Too bad you couldn't pull it out at the end. That guy Moseley is a MONSTER!!

I loved the way your QB ran the option. Reminds me of the way Rice beat us four years in a row. You guys have some really quick backs and will be dangerous for the frogs.

That being said, Mr. Mustang was decrying the lack of smack from delirious frog fans. Ok, I am here to provide such smack. Here it is:

That was Rick Renner. He looks like he has a parakeet on his head. The little [deleted] probably went to UNT. The other guy was Brian Jones who played for UT. He should not be laughing-the first team to beat OU in Texas was the frogs.
