I know he has only had 2 officials to Ohio St and Okie Lite. Don't recruits get 5 visits?

I understand Duke, but A&M?????? The bottom feeders of a terrible SEC conference. FACT: The women's team averages more fans than the men's team

I've never been to A&M, but from what I understand and hear it is a dump. Good for Turner to visit and verify that it is a dump in person.

So Duke is his third official visit. Who are his other two (if any)?

I'm guessing Kansas and Texas. Surprised he's going to Duke, but since he really wants to play the 4 from what I've heard . . .

Am I wrong in thinking there isn't much of a benefit to an official visit compares to unofficial? Especially for a local school, where he can go to the campus whenever he wants

Texas is very much alive. Said that a while back, always the dark horse in the race but with the coaching uncertainty earlier in the year, they weren't in the top 2. Barnes job is looking more secure every day moving forward and Texas definitely will have their say in the end. Kansas and Duke, I still stand by them being all but dead. Would be shocked from everything and everyone I've talked to with any inside knowledge that he ends up at either. He could be taking an OV there simply to go see Duke. A lot of these kids don't have the ability to get out and see the country or the means. I don't think that's the case here with MT, but who wouldn't want to OV to Duke for a weekend. Get to see a great bball school, great tradition, great campus and have parties/girls thrown his way at night. If you got 5 free trips to wherever to go eat steak dinners and interact with the best of their women, I think you'd visit as well. I know I would.
