first time since 2004 that team that finished in the top 25 did not make the NCAA dance. Consolation is home games for the NIT ... that will be fun.

You only get 2-3 days to turn things around. Students have to pay for their tickets too.

I am sure it will be similar to that little tournament we were in a couple of years ago. Season ticket holders got to buy their seats in that one.

I don't think the kids care about the NIT. They couldn't get up for Houston the AAC tourney. How are they going to get up to play against Robert effing Morris. Waste of time. Glad the seniors to get to play more and maybe even more on our home floor but I wouldn't be all that excited if I were a player on this team.
