There has always been places to get some food for free or cash around the flagpole (I know I ate some Ghengis Grill there once) but there isn't even a place to sit down. Need obvious inviting general area with benches. And whenches.

UVa, Ole Miss, Ivy League, TCU, UT, A&M.

I believe SMU student body's average family household income is around $200K.

Kevin Knox is very welcoming to come to the Cox boulevard area. I haven't been yet but he makes all SMU students, alumni, mentors, etc. very welcome.

Sounds like a great name for a dive strip bar-- Benches and Wenches
