NEWS FLASH: All you guys under 80 years old sitting behind the glass need to come outside and grab some pine for at least the second half. Your attendence does not count behind the glass. Neither the team, nor the TV cameras, nor the rest of the fans can hear you cheer or see you stand for 3rd downs. I look over my shoulder after huge plays and it looks like Shady Acres Retirement home in there. As much as I would love to be hanging out at the cash bar in there, it is no way to experience the game. We are having way more fun outside! C'mon out! Pleanty of open seats.

I do find it funny that every old timer up there stands for varsity, and then not again the rest of the day...

Lots of us subsidize empty seats and lots of us can afford to sit behind the glass. We just choose to sit outside and be loud. If my team is out in the heat, so am I. If my team is in the rain, so am I.

Nick, I think you've made a helluva argument here, and I couldn't agree with you more. I wouldn't mind if they made it where every other window opened, but I enjoy my seats up there just fine.

We all appreciate the financial support from all our donors. I personaly appreciate your support. The point is butts in seats. The point is the student section clears out at halftime. My pleas are for all able bodies to exit from behind the glass (at least fo rthe second half) and enjoy the game and get loud outside. If we sell every seat yet have an empty stadium, are we really supporting our team?

It was stupid hot outside for october. If we go big east, how about we replace syracuse as the school with a dome?

This is insane...

Completely insane...especially considering Greeks are about 35% of 6500. Yeah, let's again target them as the enemy.

The 35% figure is from the 10000 or so full enrollment. The % is probably higher if you only count undergrads, maybe like 50%.

And I would guess that most students leaving during fall semester are headed to Greek parties.

Nevermind I double checked that. 2300 Greeks.
