Houston Nutt is looking for a spot right now.

There are plenty of up and coming coaches that are looking for a place to build from.

I'm ok with being that place in the short term, mostly because this is the window to win to better our long-term situation, but also so that we don't end up with someone that is just looking for a check like JJ in 2007.

There are a lot of up-and-coming high profile asst. coaches (ala Chad Morris) that would be good hires.
We just need to be sure they can hire good assts. that can/will recruit Tx.
I believe that our next hire will really define the direction and future of SMU fball.

SMU got real lucky it wasn't a whole lot worse. I think that stadium has some tricky wind patterns that threw Petty and other QBs off-

I actually went to the game so I wasn't fully informed of his injury until after the game-watching replay right now and that back injury could be true-still doesn't bode well for our secondary that we let at least 6 guys run free in our secondary on bombs

I dunno but they all should be banned again for at least a month for that prediction alone

My prediction was 59-10, 49 points in a 45 point loss.
