We have known for some time but as is our policy we withhold our statement until the athlete can make his own announcement. That saves a lot of embarrassment and hard feelings.

RB Peytton Pickett from Arlington Sam Houston who SMU looked at early-and actually signed with UTEP as an early enrollee left UTEP before attending class and has now committed to UMASS

Plano RB Brandon Stephens decommitted from Stanford-I wonder if he passed their second admissions barrier. DT Michael Williams from All Saints was fully accepted by Stanford but is visiting UT

PU only 15 commits still and UT only 13. Dominoes are going to start falling this weekend. The next two weeks are going to be nuts.

Alto's Kennan Johnson flipped from NTSU to Tulsa. Was interested in SMU but he never had a commitable offer
