We really need to do this for all conference games.

We need to do this for the next 75 years. Or remove the silly point system. If this caveat continues forward, I will have no further complaints. The tri lams and omega mu's will just have to show up early to capitalize on their ability to hit completely unrelated athletic events to men's basketball.

The point system was honestly not the problem, people just don't care enough. Maybe of my friends made the points requirement, 1200, in fact just by going near the stadium on 2 game days got you 1000 points. We've hit a generation that cares more about SMU the party school, then a sports school, the people that want to go to schools with successful sports go elsewhere.

Surprised there wasn't a "wear red" or anything like that thrown in the email...Maybe we will arrive to shirts on every seat? One can hope

Yep. It will take years of sustained success to turn this around.
