One of the fun parts of living up here is that I get to watch the Cronin press conference after the game. This one should be really entertaining.

Pretty inaccurate statement imo. While they may not beat Xavier overall that is a prey inaccurate statement.
How do they play in Moody the last 5 years? How many NCAA tournament wins?

Moody is not the only game they play. They beat Xavier last year. They have won more NCAA tournament wins than SMU. And just because you lose a game does not mean the team shrank and played poorly. SMU and Cincinnati have played some of the most hard fought games since the begging of the AAC conference. They have been on of the teams that has been a good representative of the AAC in the tournament. Just a off base characterization of the team. Haven’t they beaten SMU during conference play a few times too?

Cronin apparently charged Macura for Xavier after Macura told him to "Such his D" and Cronin charged him and said you want a piece of me MotherF'r.
WSU up by 7 on BU in the second half. Shamet can shoot the rock. And Shaq Morris is MASSIVE. He looks like a bigger Markus Kennedy when Markus was a Sophomore. Hard to move him off the low block.

That was so awesome when they had the bench clearing brawl a few years ago. Would have been cool to have another one!

Cincy vs Xavier is a great local rivalry that hopefully SMU vs TCU can become in hoops. Not sure what the history of that series is in terms of home court advantage, but tough road game for Cincy today, for sure.
Wichita State prevails in Waco so the AAC is 1-1 so far in our showcase games today

Not looking good, Memphis aka dumpster fire losing to Mercer at the half at home 31-22.
ECU barely beating Delaware state by 2 at home
Tulsa losing to Illinois state
UCONN staying ahead of Monmouth by not much of a margin.

Thankfully UCONN and Memphis managed to win. Sad to see the Fed Ex Forum is now a mausoleum. It goes to show that SMU is not unique with its attendance problems, win and they will come lose and they leave.

Memphis playing for a football championship today was probably another factor

It was a factor because only the diehards show up now and the diehards were in Orlando today.
