Oh yeah, you get some real monsters up there on that Middle Fork of the Flathead.
You show me a 30 inch rainbow hen like I pulled out of the Madison above Ennis and we'll talk.

Well to be fair, Glacier isn't very close to Bozeman at all, it's over 5 hours away.
We're just stuck with this in Bozeman.

Great town. Nothing better than a lazy summer afternoon browsing the books at the Country Bookshelf on Main.

Why didn't we just keep Baylor on the schedule? Seriously every time I think about it I get mad. We schedule a school from the middle of nowhere that no one in Dallas has ever heard of instead of a sellout crowd for Baylor. Drives me literally insane.

Hey, I'm good with that being the common thought. I know what I've caught, but I'll never show pics of them otherwise our fisheries will get crowded like the ones around Bozeman, the Madison especially. I like being the only one out there.

Montana State has been recognized by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching as one of 108 research universities with "very high research activity" since 2006. SMU achieved this designation, after Montana State, in 2011.
http://blog.smu.edu/research/2011/01/26 ... -activity/More info:
http://www.montana.edu/cpa/poe/research.phpHere's an article about some of our academic success in the last year:
http://www.montana.edu/news/11938/msu-f ... l-and-moreWe had 4 Goldwater Scholars, a Udall Scholarship, a Marshall Scholar, a Rhodes Scholar
Being a state, public institution we have open enrollment for Montana kids - meaning if you can write your name, you can get in. But because of our rising academic profile and prestige in certain core areas (and relatively inexpensive tuition), we now have 60% non-resident enrollment.
Any kid who comes here and works hard will get a great value.
Good luck this weekend.

Good info Montana State.
Is the school on any recognized lists? (i.e. US News World Report, Forbes Magazine, Princeton Review, College Board)? What is the endowment?
Thanks
