Ok, let's go back to Loftus at punter. He wasn't very consistent this season, but he was better than Hover has been the last few games.

hard to imagine we don't have a better punter than Hover on the roster. He's been horrible several weeks in a row now

I would think we could get a better punter for $250,000 (i.e 4/5 years of scholarship)
