Just curious, but what determines what Region we are in for the Tournament (East, West ect.)? Lokks like for ESPN we are placed in the East, but just not sure why.

Mostly they just fill slots but they can take into account where you are located.

SMU has three big wins over UConn, Memphis and Cincinnati, and they play some of the best defense in the country. But the Mustangs' lackluster schedule -- their non-con slate ranks 297th overall -- and lack of road wins means the committee will raise an eyebrow unless SMU does something on the road (at UConn and Memphis, say) in the coming weeks.

UCincinnati is correct. SMU is no lock yet, but Saturday's win went a long way towards getting us there. There's a lot of work left to do and fortunately it seems our team is up for it.
