I think UCF showed very well once the other QB came into the game. Nothing to be ashamed of in this loss. UCF will be a tough game for SMU.

QB was UCFs biggest question mark and it looks like they solved it. They're the favorite in the AAC if they weren't already.

I wonder if the ucf qb situation will mirror in anyway burcham/davis.

I know they aren't in the AAC yet but Navy will be a very solid addition to our football conference. They just play tough, smashmouth football. They are battling Ohio St now. I'd love to see them win.

Hopefully our next coach will fare better against them than JJ has.

i still hate the triple option. I would not be able to be a fan of any team that does it.

I actually like watching the triple option. I'm watching GA Southern work NC State right now. I just can't believe that college level d coordinators with 3 and 4 star talent are unable to solve it. GA Southern's O line is outweighed by 50 lbs. per man, yet they have these Wolfpack d linemen on roller skates.

Triple option was solved 30 years ago. ... it is still hard to stop. I love good run-based football

Georgia Tech and their triple option is in a tight game with D1AA Wofford.

GA Southern is now losing to NC State. One weakness of the triple option is that it is hard to come back when you are behind because they don't practice throwing the ball very much.

I was thinking the same thing watching that game. Especially with reports of that QB struggling with accuracy in practice, but turning it on under the lights.

It will be really interesting to watch and see if the o-line can hold up enough tomorrow.
