I wonder if the lack of attendance is less costly than buying out tiki last year. Obviously, the athletic dept. has forced a lot of season ticket sales with the threat of not getting bball tickets.

Our attendance was good compared to any of our non p5 games this year. 10min before kickoff, there were very few people. By the 2nd Q it was almost 1/3 full

I wish. I have spent my life working on commission. I have often said that a lot of people, i.e. lawyers etc. should only be paid on straight commission.
maybe not on attendance but on wins and losses.
