So I guess when you pin the ball to the guy it's a foul. [deleted] call!

HALFTIME:

Game doesn't feel as close as the 25-20 margin, in part because SMU has taken more than twice as many field goals as Cincinnati (26-11). But Ponies have hit just four more (11-7).

First-half shooting percentages:
Cincinnati 63.6, SMU 40.7

I feel like I been kissing my sister. We just left too many points behind.

Damn Nic is off. His hand must be bothering him. Reports at practice says he's been off also. Got to be frustrating for him. Keep looking for your teammates and then get your legs under you when you get that look and raise up and knock it down in rhythm.

Most frustrating 5 point halftime lead ever.

Still have to feel good about our chances. When points are hard to come by for both teams, 5 points can be bigger than it seems.

Have to hit free throws and make shots. Good news is we're getting looks. But they have to start falling!

Yes, we've left some pints out There, but both teams are playing pretty ferocious D. I think we can pull away in the 2nd half, but this is the type of game where having Martin or Keith would be really really nice.

No way this game should be tied (26-26)

This is just bad basketball. WTF was Ben Moore doing after that dump pass? Took him 20 minutes to gather the ball, take his dribble and go up only to get blocked on an uncontested dunk. Damn it that annoys me. Grab the fvcking ball and lay it in. Don't take a half hour to gather and take 8 power dribbles that are unnecessary.
