Alicia Froling owns the SMU single-game record with 22 rebs! She is the 1st player in program history with 30+ points and 20+rebs in a game!
Ironically, she broke her own record, she had 21 boards against A&M earlier this year, tying the old record.
Statistically, you could call this the best individual performance ever by an SMU womens player. Only a couple of prior players ever pulled down 20 rebounds in a game, and none of those players ever scored more than 25 any time in their careers. Janielle Dodds owns the school season and career records in both categories, but her single game highs were 30 points (against Texas Tech) and 16 boards (UTEP). This was a pretty historic performance. Alicia is on track to break the schools single season rebound record, this year. She also had 3 block shots tonight, moving up into the top-10 in that category.
22 rebounds is also the 3rd best game in conference history.

SMU and Temple in a defensive battle early on and SMU trails, 4-2, with 4:28 left in the 1st quarter.
Well, it is the conferences 2 best defenses. Kidding aside, its going to be our worst offensive output since last year at UConn, Its a brutally physical game with nothing being called, either way. Its late in the 4th, and we've only got 1 free throw for the entire game. I duess they are still pissed that we beat them at Moody last month.

Alicia finished with 16 points, 14 boards and 3 blocks, Keely Froling was one point short of her first double-double, 9 points and 10 boards.

Women hit a last second three to force overtime and then win by 7.

So, all of a sudden everyone is pretending they care about Women's basketball? Were have you been the last 35 years? Really? Get out of here with your fake sincerity.
I happen to agree with what Rhonda said and believe it needed to be said. Rhonda is entitled to her opinion. What she said may not have been politically correct, but it was factually correct.

None of that stuff ever happened to her according to what she said.
