Ate at Elevation Burgers on Hillcrest Road, just north of NW Hwy. in Dallas on Saturday prior to the SMU vs UH men's bball game. It's properly named because the burgers are served COLD! Cold buns, cold meat! Also, waited 15 minutes for my order and it was NOT worth the wait. Plus, LOTS of screamin' rug rats runnin' around unsupervised. (Too close to the border of The Bubble!) The meat is from grass fed cows (kind of organic-like) and the burgers are VERY small (fit in the palm of your hand!) although they do offer a 'build it' burger (hence, the 'elevation' label) with more than 1 patty. French fries were O.K. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 4. Won't be returning.

I would have thrown a cup of ice at them and left.

The one on Riverfront has closed. I discovered this friday afternoon as I was planning on purchasing several for the office to keep some of the guys off suicide watch. But alas, it is gone.
We also had a tradition fo stopping there before driving to Rangers games. I guess I will have to find a new pregame tradition.

Thought about it but that would have violated my parole.
