The two Jakes in Dallas have different owners.
I was the manager of the store in Allen who bought it from the Dallas owners. Same ingredients and even the cooks work for me and the uptown location.

I think Uptown Bar and Grill has the best hamburger in Uptown. Jakes is pretty good as well.
