Spingtown goes to 3-4 and 2-1 in conference with a 41-35 victory over Ft. Worth Brewer last Night. Turner was 18-31 281 yards passing with 1 Int. and 4 passing TDs pf 50, 21, 16, and 22 yards. Turner added 68 yards rushing on 11 carries.

Springtown evened its record at 4-4 with a 45-13 victory over Azle behind Turner's 18-32 passing with 6 TDs passing and 1 Int and 285 yards. Passing TDs went for 48, 6, 11, 11, 69, and 49 yards. Turner rushed 6 times for 22 yards. Although Springtown started slow they are now 3-1 in District.

I noticed that turner was listed 10th for passing yards in the area last night in the DMN.

Turner was 24-44 and 418 yards passing, 4 TDs passing, 1 Int. and 42 yards rushing on 12 carries. TD passes were for 57, 24, 26 and 22 yards. Springtown however lost 31-28 to fall to 4-5 and 3-2 in conference.

My unreal laziness prevents me from doing any math .... does anyone know season totals for Logan Turner? Seems to me every time Stallion posts a report on Turner's weekly exploits, there are another 4 touchdowns in there. He seems to be piling up some rather impressive numbers!

Passing: 183-303-2742yds 32tds 8ints
Rushing: 116-662yds 4tds
3404 total yds 378yd per game avg - 4td per game avg
That is #1 in the state in all classes for tds and yds

Here is another National stat ranking site. Logan is #10 in yds per game and #6 in passing yds in the nation.

Bump-because someone said they didn't know much about him. Someone already posted he was the 4A All State QB.

How good is he really? Is he that talented or is he the product of a system?

There are a lot of good QB's that benefit from their system, they are probably why they have the system in the first place. I've seen him play and he is extremely accurate and has a cannon for an arm. He has to have at least 9,000 - 10,000 yds in his career. I think SMU got a steal in this one.
